Hi,

I’m Laura.

I’m a keynote speaker, wellbeing expert, culture catalyst & handstander.

Over the past 17 years, I have worked with over 500 organizations, I’ve trained over 50,000 leaders worldwide, I’ve keynoted in over 25 countries - and I’ve done a lot of handstands along the way. I have been rolling up my sleeves, testing out what works - and what doesn’t - when it comes to truly supporting employee wellbeing. The secret sauce? Managers.

I was, in fact, one of the first in the industry to uncover just how much managers are the ones best positioned to build movements of wellbeing. The program I designed has now been leveraged by leading companies to differentiate themselves in the marketplace and has been cited by institutions like the Mayo Clinic as evidence to the power of managers in elevating wellbeing at work.

Today, I am now bringing forward these real-world experiences to a broader audience. I share the science, my own hard-earned on-the-job experiences, in a relatable and humorous way, to help you walk away inspired, activated & equipped to make a difference.
